Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of the project&tools.Planning,implementing,and maintaining CSC system and tools,ensuring that the proper project/tools requests are gathered,prioritized,and serviced.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage CS related tools to ensure daily operations.
- Development requirements collection,workflow writing,application software development,interface and webform design.
- Deliver IT tool applications,coordinate applications roll-out,and conduct post-roll-out maintenance.
- Work closely with the Customer Support Management team to understand the business requirements in order to define,publish and execute a shared strategic CSC project/tools vision.
- Communicate with headquarters to solve various tool/ project-related problems.
- In addition,the position will execute implementations that comply with existing operational excellence (systems availability and project execution).
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years tool management experience is preferred
- Ability to capture and redefine workflows in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A fast learner
- Enthusiasm in computer science
- BS/BA in computer science field is preferred
- Good MS Office skills at Project,Visio,Excel,and PowerPoint,
- Strong communication,problem solving,and organizational skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
