我在英国念foundation,是Engineering系.由于Spring Term的总分不够,所以校方取消了我继续读Summer Term的资格,让我第二年Spring Term时再重修.所以给Academic Service写封信解释一下,并做一些争取.1.Spring Term学期初骑车回家时与机动车发生了刮蹭,导致两三个星期行动不便和精神状态不佳,于是缺了一些课.后来又搬宿舍,占用了很多时间和精力,课后复习的时间就少了一些.2.虽然专业课的成绩不够,可能是因为准备不够充分和身体因素影响,但并不是跟不上和不会.3.我可以重修,但我想申请在Summer Term这个学期重修,我可以两个学期一起修,然后再考试.请老师相信我并给我个机会.4.说我很在乎这个结果,也非常非常想在这个学校读下一年,它决定着我的命运和未来,现在导致申请其它学校时间也来不及了,我进大学梦想就要被耽搁一年了,一年的时间对一个学生来说是很宝贵的,并且我表态会加倍的努力,希望给我个机会,让我完成学业对社会做出贡献.越感人越好 各路高人请伸出一下你们的援手吧~

Dear Sir or Madam, Application for Retaking Courses in the Summer Term I am a student of the Faculty of Engineering. I was disqualified for taking courses in the Summer Term because I did not earn enough credits in the Spring Term. However, that was mainly the result of an accident, and I really wish to make it up in the Summer Term. At the beginning of the Spring Term, I had a traffic accident. When I rode my bicycle home, I crashed with a car. That affected my mobility and my mental condition for two to three weeks, and I missed some classes. Later I moved to a new dormitory, spending much time and energy, leaving not much time for lesson review. All those led to poor examination results. I understand that I have not earned enough credits in my major courses, but it was due to unexpected circumstances which caused poor physical condition and inadequate preparation.
