留学学费退款问题
下面的这些材料是什么该如何准备,有没有格式什么的,
REFUSAL LETTER FROM THE AUTHORITIES.Please send us the written refusal letter (“határozat” from the Hungarian Immigration Office,issued in Hungarian language),which says that you have been refused a visa.
LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE.Please send us your Letter of Acceptance (scanned) that you received from our institution upon your admission.
BANK TRANSFER FORM.Please complete the bank transfer form.Make sure your IBAN number and bank account number appear correctly.
LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION.Give a letter of authorization to the person who paid the fees on your behalf,allowing him or her to collect the tuition fee.This letter is only needed if you did not pay the fee(s) from your own bank account.
PAYMENT SLIP.Please attach the proof of payment from your bank,showing that you have paid the tuition fee and the registration fee.
RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.Please attach the proof of payment that you received from ELTE University,showing that the tuition fee(s) has/have been credited to the Faculty’s bank account.（我不知道这个材料和上述的汇款单有什么区别）
请问这些东西该如何准备,是否需要编辑好打印出,签字再扫描

最后的那个,是说学校,或是学院,的收据.
就是学校在收到钱之后,出具的收钱证明.
这里的大部分,都是要复印件就行了.
