As is known to all, competition is a much-discussed issue in our social life. It penetrates every corner of our life, in sports or business, in job hunting or. Competition is an act of trying to win by struggling for the first place. It is, absolutely, one of the motive force of the development of our society.
However, the close relationship between competition and cooperation is increasingly recognized. In many cases we can’t go on competing without cooperation, they are equally important. Basketball game is a typical example. While one team is competing with another, each member of the team is cooperating with his or her teammates. And pure and exclusive competition may lead to failure.
On this background, it was concluded that competition will help us in obtaining our goals and satisfying our needs only together with cooperation.
