Signature of Student 后的签名可以是花式的
Name of Student 后是正规的汉语拼音
周岁满18,不需父母或监护人签名.
另外提醒几句,这个外国人蛮狡猾的,我住的Homestay都没签过类似的.而且他还是以自己的利益出发的,单方面解约.
他说提到的Requirements没有说明是哪些,用词模糊.比如,他叫你饭后洗碗,也可以是requirement,那你就无语了.
你如果学校有负责留学生事宜的老师,可以请教下,是否有必要签.
如果你认为Homestay不好的话,如何解约.
个人认为,这种东西是他拿来吓唬你的,没什么法律作用.
