That is to say, when people live in asia planned to have a special barbecue outside, the beef and pork they will enjoy might probably imported from somewhere in South America. Under such background, it might be reasonable to believe that when trying to solve some problems, the resources can be utilized to address them could be employed from an even broadened scope. This is the spirit of thinking globally. However, when the down to earth practice in solving the problems is concerned, people's behavior has to be focused more narrowly. This is because people's behavior has to take those concrete situation, such as the social environment, culture, language, into consideration.
