Any legal action under this contract is to be taken by the Buyer not later than two (2) months from the date of arrival of the Goods at final destination.After expiry of that term,Buyer’s claims are considered time barred,forfeited and expired and no action can be taken by the Buyer either before judicial or arbitral tribunals,or in defense to any action taken by the Seller against the Buyer.
