How's it going？Sorry I haven't emailed for a while，but I had so much to do!
I had told you about my decision to take up a sport．I knew I wasn't fit and I wanted to get some exercise．But that wasn't the only reason that I decided to do a sport．Students who play sports do better at school．（81）___Exercise also helps learning and memory （记忆）．
