买方认为,是size大于10mm的产品,超过总数10％的,再每超过1个百分点,就要赔偿0.5美元,例如现在是20%,即超过了10个0.5美元,就是每吨要赔款5美元,即10000x5=50000美元

这句话现在有两种理解，是买方的理解正确还是卖方的理解正确？
