要说起文化的差异,应该先从饮食文化说起,因为“民以食为天”,它能够反映不同民族生活习惯和文化思维方面的差异.世界上有三大美食：中国、法国和意大利,我们看看这些美食方面最基本的差异.在饮食方面,中国人很注重形式,讲究“色、香、味”,所以中国烹调里,菜的样式千变万化,具体到每一道菜又非常讲究色香味的搭配.而欧洲人很讲实际,在菜的花色变化上从不下什么工夫,更讲究其营养搭配和保护,注重菜的内在质量.这是中餐和西餐的主要差异.中国人吃饭每次都上很多菜,可都长得很瘦,西方人每次菜很少,但都比中国人长得结识.
