Recently we have a lot of exams.One of these hard ones is listening and speaking presentation.When I heard the news about that,I feel deeply anxious,because I am always afraid of speaking,especially before the class.However,I told myself to calm down and to make a plan for that.Then did everything followed as the plan.At the beginning,I search a great number of websites about polar bears,which include their features,habitat,diet,behaviors and protection.Then I wrote a short speech draft about that.The most difficult point for me is to recall all of content and speak it with fluent English.In order to conquer this problem,I try to speak loudly and fluently in front of mirror again and again.To be honest,the period of this time is intolerable.Sometimes,I even want to give up,but I told myself only if you continue doing that,I will get a better grade than before.At last,I gave a successfully speech with my best psychology.
