The genetics parts of the mitosis/meiosis just confuses me.Here are a few terms I'm getting mixed up,please define (to the best of your capability,please be concise and simple,don't give me dictionary meanings) and explain them.
1.chromatin
2.chromosome
3.homologous pairs
4.(sister) chromatid
5.tetrad
6.explain the random assortment of chromosomes while in meiosis
I know all the rest of the phases,so please don't waste time explaining the process of those phases,keep to the essentials,thanks!
