前面的回答都不尽准确.clever只能做形容词,这里如果用"clever"就变成是修饰study的了,显然,形容词不能修饰动词啊!选"as clever"就完全不同了,在这里相当于一个与"study hard "的并列成分,不是一个副词,而是一个补足语!这是语法问题,也有意思理解上的问题.
