increase by 表示增加了多少
语法上规定increase to 和increase by都是可以用的啊,只是意思有不同.
题目中应该用by,不能用to,因为句子的意思是洗衣机的价格已经增长了/涨了15%.
显然用增长到,是不合语境的.
就跟我们数学题目上的表述是一个意思.
