英语高手请进,as+形容词+as+代词
为什么不能说Saif knew that the other applicants weren't as good as him.而要说Saif knew that the other applicants weren't as good as he (was).
但我怎么觉得I am as tall as him读起来很通呢?这个句型到底有没有错误呢?
PS：第一句中的"weren't as good as"对吗?是否应该改为“weren't so good as”?
为什么不能说Saif knew that the other applicants weren't as good as him.而要说Saif knew that the other applicants weren't as good as he (was).
但我怎么觉得I am as tall as him读起来很通呢?这个句型到底有没有错误呢?

weren't so good as,也对.
as good as...是比较,前后应一致.

he was also good.所以,是as good as he was.
