University students are all living in the school hostels. Without the monitoring of parents, it is very easy for them to learn bad habits. For instance, university students always sleep late at night. Some of them even sleep in the day so as to play games or have fun outside at late night. Sleeping late is not good for the health of young adults. One may easily get tired and sick without enough sleep and a regular biological clock.
Playing video games is another issue. As the school work in university may not be as heavy as the one in high school, students have more spare time than before. It is okay for them to spend some time playing computer games. However getting addicted to computer games is more serious than they think. Students, addicted to computer games often spend their study time on games. As a result, they may fail their exams and get suspended by their school.
It is never too late to learn from the mistakes. If one has the above bad habits, he can always choose to make a fresh start. He can push off the night clubs and cancel all the plans at night. It may not be easy to get rid of computer games, but one can always try to reduce his gaming time, until the day he can totally stop playing. One can also try to cultivate a good hobby like sports, reading and other meanful activities, so that he can learn and have fun at the same time.
