First,have three meals a day and never neglect your breakfast.Keep a balanced diet.For example,eat nutritious food like fresh vegetables,fruits,eggs and fish.Second,taking morning exercise every day is a nice choice(高分句型一).As we all know,everyday exercise helps build a strong body.You can do some sports,such as running,walking,or playing ball games to refresh yourself if weather permits(高分句型二).But,remember not to exercise outdoors in a smoggy day.Finally,don't stay up too late to make sure you have a good sleep every night.
If you do accordingly,I believe you'll feel well soon and you can listen to your teacher energetically and attentively.
