1.The Buyer shall give immediate 30% down payment by T/T against signed commercial invoice in 5 copies indicating contract number after the receiving of bank guarantee ,valid to delivery date.
2.The Buyer shall pay the seller by 1 irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credits(L/C)at sight in Germany to be opened 2 months before delivery date, for an amount of 70% of contract value L/C payable against presentation of shipping documents in Germany.
3.the buyer shall be entitled to deduct liquidated damages from the Contract Price at the rate of 2% of the Contract Price for each week of the delay up to a maximum of 5% of the Contract Price.
