We had a practical training from December 27,2010 to January 7,2011.This training was held in teaching building 2 and it content are two teacher's lecture,simple picture,song display,English speech and lecture display.
I am practical English major.Through this training,I learned a lot about preschool teacher's knowledge.At the same time I found myself need to be promoted in this aspect.A good teacher must know how to handle your students.Especially in kids.Being about to a preschool teacher,my duty does not only teach them the lessons,but includes teaching them how to be a real man.Now I am summarizing this training in this paper.
This training has various in form and rich in content,we take homework seriously and finish it in time.We attend twice lecture about how to make a successful teacher.It makes us understand occupation of teacher better.Through Miss Jing yun Mi's lecture about preschool teacher training speak,we have further understanding to teacher this occupation,learn more professional theory knowledge and basic skill.We learned how to teach kids sing English song.It is request us are familiar with kids English song.We learned how to teach kid draw simple picture,.It is request us are familiar with attention of anything around their.For example,person's an erect posture、a recumbent posture and so on.About how to improve us self-confident,we are carried out English speech and display lecture.As for the teacher's meaning,teacher Zhao makes a detailed lecture for us.Through how to be the teacher's importance let us have deeper understanding to the teacher's meaning.
I feel that this time the most important meaning of this training is let us before working real understand this occupation of kid's teacher,and how be a be responsible for the children employable teacher.

I am a graduate of 2008 majoring in applied practical English.I have learnt from this training,a lot of knowledge for teachers of preschool children.At the same time,I have also discovered that I have much to be improved in this respect.Being a teacher of preschool children,my duty is not only to impart knowledge to them,but also manners and rules of life.Now I would like to present a summary of this training.
This training was presented in diversified forms,and it had a wide-ranging content.We treated all the training assignments seriously and finished them duly.We had attended two lectures related to pedagogical issues,and had gained a lot of insights into the teaching profession.
Miss Jing yun Mi's lecture on the practical training of teachers of preschool children was really enlightening.It helped us have a better understanding of the teacher profession and master more specialized theoretical knowledge and basic skills.
Other speakers showed us how to teach children to draw simple pictures and sing English songs; we were asked to be familiar with children songs in English.We were told to pay attention to everything around the children,for example,their standing and sitting postures and so on.Teacher Zhao gave a detailed lecture touching on the meaning of being a teacher; and teacher Wu wrapped up the training by presenting a topic ‘Have manners will travel’,he stressed on the importance of behaving like a teacher,and the significance of being a teacher.
I feel that the most important significance of this practical training is that it allows us to fully understand the profession of teachers of preschool children,and how to be a competent teacher who treats the responsibility to children seriously,before we embark on our teaching duty.
