Those who support interpersonal relationship is superior to ability usually emphasis the harmony of a society.Without it,instead of hatred to each other,there will be a terrible thing that every employee doesn’t work at heart but has to mind protecting oneself from colleagues.With it,peace atmosphere not only keep friendly in workshops or offices but also improve the job quality up.Even if a skilled man is,one should be excluded if absent it.
