第一个问题,就是你被PSU UP录取,录取的学生资格是隶属于本科院校.你如果已经提交了语言成绩就不用了,因为已经录取了
第二个问题,据我所知,AD近几年貌似没给国际生寄邮包的习惯了,就美国本土的学生才享有信件录取,信息时代
第三个问题,NON-PENN RESIDENCY的意思是不属于宾州本州学生的意思,因为本州学生是享有正常学费的条件,你可以理解为国际生且不是宾州居民条件的学生
