Payment里面的条款：
9.3 if a bunker adjustment applies to the freight rate then the adjustment shall be calculated as follows:
(Average bunker Price-Bunker Base)×Bunker Adjustment Factor×draft survey Tonnes
whereby:
"Average Bunker Price" shall mean the average price of the Intermediate Fuel Oil, IFO(380 CST),as reported by Platts Oligram for Japan published on the bill of lading date,or the closest Platts Oilgram publication pior to that date;
"Bunker Base " shall mean the base price of bunker specified in the Contract Note(or the Freight Note,as the case may be);and
"Bunker Adjustment Factor " shall mean the bunker adjustment factor specified in the Contract Note(or the Freight Note,as the case may be).
The value of the adjustment shall be expressed in whole cents rounded up from the half cent and above to the nearest cent.
