1.y=3x-1
parallel => slope=3
y=3x+c
substitute x=0, y=-1 into above equation => c=-1
2.y=-3x+6
perpendicular => slope*1/3=-1 => slope=-3
y=-3x+c
substitute y=0, x=2 into above equation => c=6
