题目是发展中国家要让人民过好日子是要引进new Technology还是Free Education,compare the views and give your opinion
开头一般
New Technology will improve the economy directly.I.e.Improvement the mediacal treatment,revolution in the traditional industry,urbanization of countryside.But not everyone can benefit from the adapt of new technology given the comparatively poor condition of developing countries.i.e you can not expect a farmer to buy a i phone if he hasn't a shelter.
Free Education on the country can benefit every body by giving everyone a chance to study.Though it doesn't result in immediate economic increase it has a lasting effect.It can not equip the children with the required knowledge but also spread the idea of democracy and equality.And these ideas can pass down from generation to generation.
So i think it is more worthy to invest on free education for new technology may decay oneday but ideas of democracy and equality remain.
