答案和解析
Potential Difference is the difference in electric potential energy per coulomb of charge at one point of a circuit compared to the charge at another point in a circuit.
Electromotive Force is the force which drives the electrons.
Lets get this straight, from a more practical, and less wordy perspective."emf" stands for electromotive force. That describes voltage,or a pressure created by a large number of electrons at any given point, such as that across the terminals of a battery.
Potential difference is that difference between 2 or more conductors. This can also be the description of that large number of electrons at any given point. The potential difference between the negative and positive terminals of a 12 volt battery,is 12 volts. The Potential difference between a black wire in house wiring, and the white wire in said house wiring is 220 Volts AC.Potential difference is any difference between two dissimilar voltages,or charges.
