1.选D 是因为固定词组 have a good /hard time doing sth 做.愉快或困难.
2.选C 是因为 apologize to sb for (one's)doing sth 因某事向某人道歉.不能用him,那样的话就是双宾了.
3.选A 是因为 find a house to live in,find some wood to make a fire with.动词不定式to live in做了a house 的后置定语,to live in a house的确是够成一个完整的动词短语.因为做定语所以后置.to make a fire with同样与some wood够成一个短语,但动词不定式做定语,只能后置了.所以这个后置定语一定要和前面的被修饰词构成完整的短语.
又如 I have a pen to write with.
I have a house to live in.
I have a lot of homework to do
