We all have habits.Maybe someone like to shake leg while he is speaking.Other maybe speak with many en,ah.All kinds of habits people may have.
But talk to other's habit is easy to say but to someone's own habit it is difficult to say clearly.Because we do it while we unknown about it.
Some friend tell me that while I was speaking I like touch my hands with finger.Maybe I am nervous.While it perhaps isn't a very bad habit.It will not influence other people listen to me.
And will not harm to healthy.So I think not to touch my hands often.Maybe with time goes on I can get rid of this habit.
