We had requested you to send us trouble free Hobs two months back & you had promised to send us trouble free Hobs by discussing with your Quality Control Department.
The last two containers which we have received most of the Glass & Stainless steel Hobs have Gas Leakage problem in inner Aluminium gas pipe Nut where your assembling people will tighten the nut and put a red mark on the nut indicating that the nut has been tightened but unfortunately they are not tightening the nut properly & because of this there is a gas leakage from the Nut.
We regret to remind you that the quality of the Hob assembling must be perfect as this product is connected with Gas & Fire.Hope you understand this.
We request you to immediately have a meeting with your assembling team & explain them the gas leakage complaint & ask them to double check the Gas pipe fitting with the test flame for leakage when they are assembling the Hobs for Gilma.
As you know the Purchase of the Hobs quantity has gone up & if you don't maintain the quality You & Gilma may loose the sales,so please look in to the matter immediately.
