（1） SUPPLIER will promptly repair,replace and accept the return of such defective and/or nonconforming PRODUCTS within a turnaround time as specified by DELTA,or at DELTA’s discretion,credit DELTA for any such returned,non-conforming PRODUCTS.
（2）This notification shall include clarification of technical alternatives to such components as well as PRODUCT availability.SUPPLIER also agrees to supply DELTA the original components continuously before getting approval of such change.

(1) 供应商需要在指定的周期内及时地修理,更换以及回收被DELTA退还的有缺陷或者（与宣传）不一致的产品,或者在DELTA的法定任意裁定权限内,代替DELTA为这些被返还及不合格的产品贷款.
