摘 要
酒文化在我国有着悠久的历史,是中华文明的重要组成部分.自近代以来尤其是讲过之后,酿酒事业在党的领导下蓬勃发展.酒类产量连年攀升,酒类产品日益丰富,这极大地满足了广大消费者的生活要求,为国家的经济建设作出了巨大的贡献.
然而,酿酒工业也是高耗能,高污染,高耗粮的产业.我国是人口大国,粮食安全关系着国家的安定和团结,但广大人民又有着饮用酒产品的需求.面对这一状况,降低能耗,降低污染,降低用粮,研究对酒糟的再利用并使其在其他领域满足人民的消费需求就显得尤为重要.
本文就是笔者对酒糟在利用的一些研究,争取通过对酒糟的再利用使他们变废为宝,降低降低污染,节约粮食,为国家的经济建设和环境建设尽些微薄之力,造福民生.

This paper is based on some of the studies in the use of vinasse, try to pass the distiller's them, reduce the waste recycling reducing pollution, save the grain for the country's economic construction and environment construction do some the meager strength, benefit the people's livelihood.
