改革开放以来,我国经济快速发展,集团公司作为企业群体中的佼佼者,也得到了前所未有的发展与壮大.但是,随着集团公司的发展,组织规模的扩大,集团公司面临着一系列的风险,尤其是财务风险.因此,研究集团公司财务风险控制,具有极为重要的理论和现实意义.
本文首先阐述了集团公司财务风险的相关理论,涵盖了集团公司财务风险的含义、分类和度量.其次,结合我国集团公司财务风险控制存在的问题,分析集团公司产生财务风险的根本原因和其他因素.最后,提出一套以公司治理为基础、以资金管理为核心、完善内部控制制度以及提高企业整体风险意识的财务风险控制措施.

Since the reform open,due to the rapid development of our national economy,the group companies has been the supurb delegate among the interprises and unprecedentedly developed.However,as the development their orgnization scale,the group companies are confronyed with a serial of disk,especially in the aspect of finance.Therefore,for group companies,the control of financial danger has very important in theory and practice.
This paper states firstly the related theeories of the control of financial danger,including its meaning,catalog and contents.Secondly,with the exsited problems in our group companies,it analyses the essential reason and other elements caused by financial danger.Finally,this paper brings forth to the measures for controlling financial danger based on the company management in order to improve inner system and enhance the whole danger minds.
