本文所研究的题目是满足旅客心理需求 提高运输服务质量.针对铁路客运站客运质量综合评价指标进行了相关的论述,首先综述了选题的背景和意义,再对国内外研究的近况进行了介绍,针对铁路的不足和特点都相应的提出并进行了一定的分析.再次对存在的部分问题进行了认真的筛选,对评价指标有进一步的认识,最后对铁路客运质量综合评价指标进行了有原则的构建并提出了一定的建议和措施.
