主动：They have recently opened a new college.
被动后 A new collage has been opened recently by them.（句子中的 recently 为什么要在opened 后）

主动：They have successfully carried out the Party's policy
被动后 The Party's policy has been successfully carried out by them.（句子中的 successfully 怎么又在谓语动词之前了?和第一句不一样啊~ 这句和①中的形容词有什么区别?）
③
主动：People looked down upon women in the past.
被动后 Woman were looked down upon in the past.（这句中,people 省略了是么?还有就是 in the past 这是定语么?所以要放在句尾?）

recently这个是一个时间状语,一般时间状语在被动状态下滞后,但在被动后的宾语前.其实这个词放前面也不会有语法错误,只不过一般不这么写
同上.这个副词都可以放的
在主动变被动中,如果原主语在句中可以默认的话可以省略,不用by谁.
