The ability to adapt to changing condition is one of the essential social skills，which helps reduce conflicts and increase participation in school and life experience．
When I was in junior middle school，maybe because of no fierce competition，I could always get top three easily in the exams in my class（高分句型一）．But everything changed when I entered one or the best high schools in my city．I needed to study many subjects at the same time； and most of my classmates were very smart．But I didn't realize the unfavorable circumstances and still buried myself in playing computer games．Not until I got a very bad score did I finally realize that a lot of things had changed and I had to adapt myself to them（高分句型二）．To improve my score，I made a detailed plan．Besides，I learned hard and tried my heart to find a learning method which suits me．What's more，I communicated with my classmates at leisure to find new friends．What I did was effective．With my efforts，I have not only achieved good scores in academic performance but also gained a lot of friends．
