I'm very glad to receive your letter of May 2^nd，from which I know your situation and feel so sorry for you．Your pet dog cannot be brought back to life and you might as well cheer up．
For your reference，I'm writing to put forward some suggestions concerning your cloning a pet dog．Personally，it may not be suitable for you to do so．First，a cloned dog is just similar in appearance．For example，it may take a long time for a cloned pet and you to adapt to each other．Then，most cloning experiments end in failure and there is a great risk of cloning animals at present．Besides，cloned animals are too weak to resist diseases and usually die at an early age．Mostly importantly，cloning usually costs too much，which isn't better than adopting．Anyway，it is up to you whether you decide on cloning．
