本文首先对我国铁矿石贸易的现状进行了研究,并分析了铁矿石年度定价机制的崩溃对我国铁矿石贸易的影响,接着剖析了对我国相关行业（主要为钢铁业）带来的问题和冲击.
结合分析结果,本文认为应当抓紧研究铁矿石的期货产品,金融行业,应该尽快介入铁矿石掉期市场,推动铁矿石定价的金融化,政府应加快寻找绿色新能源替代品,加大科技支持力度,寻求国际合作.

Combining analysis results, this paper argues that should pay close attention to the study of iron ore, the futures products financial industry as soon as possible, should intervene iron ore swaps market, promote the JinRongHua, iron ore prices for government should quicken the green new energy alternatives, increase science and technology support, and seeking international cooperation.
