【内容提要】 随着经济的飞速发展,实体经济的脚步悄然而至,加之国家对实体经济的相关政策,使中小企业的发展迎来了新的曙光,但市场经济的激烈竞争,对中小企业而言又是一次新的挑战.中小企业要想在经济之林立于不败之地,就必须提高自己的竞争力,这就要求中小企业降低成本,实现经济效益最大化,特别是对中小制造业而言,加强成本控制,提升企业成本控制水平,对其生存、发展至关重要.本文以泽州顺康面粉有限公司为例,分析其在成本控制方面存在的问题,并提出了完善成本控制的相应对策.

[ Abstract ] with the rapid development of economy,entity economy footsteps quietly,and the state of the entity economy related policies,the small and medium-sized enterprise development ushered in the new dawn,but the intense competition of market economy,the small and medium-sized enterprises is a new challenge.Small and medium-sized enterprises want to be in economic forest remain invincible,must improve their own competitiveness,it is necessary for small and medium enterprises to reduce costs,to achieve maximum economic benefits,especially for small and medium-sized manufacturing industry,strengthen cost control,improve level of enterprise cost control,to their survival,development.This article take the Zezhou Shun Kang flour Limited company as an example,in its analysis of the cost control problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure to perfect cost control.
