1.我想减肥已经很多很多次了.但是一直没有效果.我试过节食.做运动.但最后还是放弃了.因为我是一个"大胃王",而且又不能持之以恒.所以减肥对我来说遥遥无期.但如果真的要保持身材的话.我觉得最好.最有效的方式就是运动.例如跑步.游泳.打篮球等等.最好是一周两次!

1. I've been trying to lose weight for many times, but it doesn't work. I've tried to be on a diet and to do some excise. In the end, I give up. Because I eat too much and can not keep losing weight. To me, losing weight is very hard. If truly want to keep fit, I think the best way is doing excises. For example, running, swimming and playing basketball. it is better to do excise twice a week.
He is a middle-aged man , dark skin, medium build,and he wears a pair of glasses. The obvious charateristic of his is a black nevus beside nose. He's a humourous person and not strict. he's the most important person in my life.
