基本上是对的,不过一般说in the morning.
时态的话我觉得用过去时（recited）或现在完成时（have recited）或现在进行时（am reciting）都说得过去对于it's the first time that...这个句型,意思根据时态有细微的差别.
加上"在中学时"的话我觉得用过去时比较好.
It's the first time that I recited English words in the morning at home in the junior high school 这个句子是不对 是in the morning
你要强调的是你在某个时间做第一次事情.
在中学时加上去的话就要变成过去时.
The first time i recited english words was in the morning at home in the high school.
我第一次背诵英语单词是在家里的一个早上,那时候在上中学.
