正文：In the process of urban development,we often find the conflict between ourselves and the old building.
Some people think that we should tear down the old buildings.The old buildings'floor area is always large while the issue of chinese population is very serious and we need large area of housing places ,so tear down the old buildings can increase the per capita living space of us.Besides,the old buildings need long term aegis and guarantee of repair to keep them staying longer,but the cost of aegis is always large.Thus wastes financial resources,physical resources and manpower,so it's against the sustainable development.
However,some people don't think so.They think that the old building symbolize the long-history of Chinese nation and they have large historical value.Besides,they witness the historic ups and downs of Chinese nation.Therefore,it's worth defending them for we shouldn't forget our origins.
