Lost, Stolen or Damaged Equipment.It is explicitly agreed that NBS shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Mobile Equipment or broadcast equipment. For the avoidanceof doubt, it is clarified that the Supplier shall bear one hundred per cent(100%) of all the risk of any financial loss due to any loss of or damage to ordestruction of any Mobile Equipment or broadcast equipment to be used by the Supplier hereunder and that NBS shall bear no liability of any financial riskwhatsoever [zero per cent (0%)] due to loss, damage, or destruction of anyMobile Unit or broadcast equipment howsoever arising and due to whateverreason. During the term of this Agreement, NBS shall not be considered a bailee of the Mobile Equipment, and accordingly, all physical risk in the Mobile Equipment shall at alltimes remain with Supplier.
