一.概述
该稀油润滑系统是依据用户的要求所设计,满足提出的工作要求.该润滑系统装有流量开关,当系统流量过低时,流量开关会发出信号;温度开关,可随时显示系统油温,可根据现场情况设定温度报警点.同时,系统还装有压力表等附件,可方便的观察系统压力.
二.工作原理
差动减速箱润滑系统螺杆泵组开启前必须首先手动开启泵组进油口球阀,且完全打开.在正常情况下,启动电机,电机泵组工作,减速箱内的润滑油流经球阀、螺杆泵、管路滤油器、风冷换热器、流量开关、流量分配器,再由减速箱顶部油管进入,润滑其内部零件.各支路流量可由装在减速箱上的流量分配器进行调节.减速箱工作时,由于内部零件相互摩擦致使减速箱中润滑油的温度升高,当油温高于温度控制器设定值55℃(此值可调,可根据情况实际设定)时,温度控制器将向中央PLC发出信号,风冷换热器启动,冷却系统中的润滑油,直至使系统中的润滑油温度降到设定值时,方停止工作.当系统油温低于温度控制器设定值40℃(此值可调,可根据情况实际设定)时,温度控制器将向中央PLC发出信号,风冷换热器停止工作.当系统中的润滑油温度升到设定值,其再次启动工作.风冷换热器需要更换或维修时关闭风冷换热器进出油口球阀,打开旁路阀门,润滑油不经过风冷换热器直接送往润滑点,此时可以对风冷换热器进行在线更换,不影响系统的正常工作.当风冷换热器发生故障或者其他原因引起系统发热量剧增超过冷却器的冷却能力时,系统温度持续上升到设定值65℃ (此值可调,可根据情况实际设定)时,温度开关发讯,向中央PLC发出信号,使风冷换热器、螺杆泵组和减速箱停机,待故障排除后方可重新开机.管路滤油器配有堵塞发讯器,当管路滤油器进出油口达压差达到0.35MPa时堵塞发讯器向中央PLC发出报警信号,提醒维修人员及时清洗或更换滤芯.管路流量开关(可调节型),可随时设定系统的流量报警点.当系统发生故障,流量下降到设定值25L/min(此值可调,可根据情况实际设定)时,此时开关发出信号,向中央PLC报警,使减速箱停机,待故障排除后方可重新开机.管路中装有流量分配器,通过流量分配器可以控制各支路中润滑油的流量.

四.安装
稀油润滑站最大外形尺寸:1150(L)×650(W) ×1350(H)mm
稀油润滑站安装为将底座直接焊接到减速箱旁边,具体尺寸参见所附外形图
五.调试
1.泵站安装固定后,将泵站的进出油与减速箱上油口连接好.
2.将管路中的球阀全部打开.
3.快速启、停电机,检查电机旋向是否是顺时针旋转(从电机尾端看).
4.松开溢流阀手柄.
5.启动电机,待泵空载运行5分钟后,慢慢旋紧溢流阀手柄,使得系统压力慢慢升至需要的压力.
以上步骤进行完毕后,系统可进行正常工作
六.维护与备件
1.单筒滤油器的使用与其滤芯的清洗要按照其说明书严格执行;
4.当出油需要经过风冷换热器的时候,请将风冷换热器进出油口的球阀打开,关闭旁路球阀;
5.当出油不需要经过风冷换热器的时候,请将风冷换热器进出油口的球阀关闭,打开旁路球阀;
