ERP是一款根据企业的自身条件和需求量身定制的系统,如果选择外包的形式部署ERP,会增加对ERP项目经理的能力要求.通常,ERP项目经理不仅需要具备强大的ERP系统经验,还要对公司的整体运作有全面的了解.然而ERP的项目外包后,可能会导致项目经理在沟通能力的更高要求,因为他们将要面对第三方的ERP供应商.

ERP is a system dependent on company’s own conditions. If choose outsourcing to implement ERP system could make more requirement of ERP project manager. Basically, ERP project manager should have a strong ERP knowledge and a complete knowledge about the whole enterprise process. Outsourcing could cause the counselors an extra ability of communication which enables effective communications with contract ERP supplier.

“ERP is a system that is dependent on the company’s own conditions.If outsourcing ERP system,the requirements of ERP project managers is needed.Usually,ERP project manager should not noly have well-experienced expertise on operating the ERP system,but should have a robust understanding of the operations of the company as a whole as well.Outsourcing ERP might require the project manager with a higher level of communication shills which enbale them to have effective communications with third-party ERP suppliers.”
