当风冷换热器发生故障或者其他原因引起系统发热量剧增超过冷却器的冷却能力时,系统温度持续上升到设定值65℃ (此值可调,可根据情况实际设定）时,温度开关发讯,向中央PLC发出信号,使风冷换热器、螺杆泵组和减速箱停机,待故障排除后方可重新开机.
管路滤油器配有堵塞发讯器,当管路滤油器进出油口达压差达到0.35MPa时堵塞发讯器向中央PLC发出报警信号,提醒维修人员及时清洗或更换滤芯.
管路流量开关（可调节型）,可随时设定系统的流量报警点.当系统发生故障,流量下降到设定值25L/min（此值可调,可根据情况实际设定）时,此时开关发出信号,向中央PLC报警,使减速箱停机,待故障排除后方可重新开机.
管路中装有流量分配器,通过流量分配器可以控制各支路中润滑油的流量.系统原理图见附件
泵站安装固定后,将泵站的进出油与减速箱上油口连接好.
