i think my shortcoming is that i am very sensitive,whatever i do ,i care too much about other's opinion,whether i did it well or not.i realized it was quit bad to be like this,which i hurt other people as well as myself.so i remind myself again and again before i do anything,to face it with courage,have a broad heart ,and learn to think about things in different aspacts.
