哈哈,是这么回事——be+adj+to do 是不定式的一个固定用法.比如说,这个工具很好使,你得说：the tool is easy to use.而不是：the tool is easy to be used 或者 the tool is easy using.这里的to do可以表达被动的意思,因为是工具被使用,空气被吸入,也就是所谓的主动形式表达被动意义.你要是选C,要么是认为be good 后面可以加doing,要么是认为is 后面应该是doing .当然这两种想法都是错的
