Dear Sir
I have received your letter of October 17 and regret that I wear the wrong shoes and not hair tied up.
I am aware of the consequences of this.But I honestly would like to let you know the cause of this.Last Sunday,My shoes were very dirty because my brother he is 3 years old .So I can not punish him.Afterwards I clean the shose until went to my grand mother home .When I was go home .I was crazy.My brother painted the color of my shoes.I think tomorrow is not to this shoes ,but I have a pair of sports shoes and a pair of dirty shoes.SO i choose a sports shoes .As for my hair was not tied up because I not paying attention listen the announcement.It is my mistake,not excuse.
Please give a chance and i assure that i will never wear wrong shoes to school again,ever.I sincerely apologize for what i have done,please forgive me.

I am aware of the consequences of this.But I honestly would like to let you know the reason why it happened.Last Sunday,My shoes were stained by my 3 years old brother who I can not punish him.Then I cleaned the shoese and went to my grandmother's home .When I went home ,I was crazy about my brother painted the color on my shoes.I thought tomorrow I am not going to wear these shoes.Another one is the sports shoes.So i have no choose but wear the sports shoes.The reason why my hair was not tied up is that I paid not enough attention to the announcement.I admit it is my mistake.
