As I'm getting older and older, I deeply realize it's so important to form a good habit for a person, especially a habit of taking exercise.
Recently I haven't been very well for some time. Every day I have to take some medicine and often pay a visit to the hospital. That's a tiring thing. I have to spend lots of money ,but also I and my family suffer a lot. I think the basic reason is that I'm not open-minded and I hate exercising.
I enjoy being a potato couch after coming back from work. It's so relaxing to be home after a whole day's work.
My health is getting worse and worse when I get older. The doctor said I need to take some exercise every day. But I don't feel like doing it. I followed the doctor's advice at first, but I gave up later.In fact , I hope to be a healthy , graceful and beautiful lady. But it's difficult for me to carry on exercise. I admire ladies in a good shape. They usually arouse my attention. I admire them because they are as energetic as summer.
In order to be healthy and young, forming a good habit of exercising is necessary for you and your family.
