语法上是对的,严格地说,只需要followed这一个词才符合英语习惯

A.completed B.to be completed
应该是被动形式,省略了When (it is) completed,
the sign give是动词被动形式当形容词,修饰前面的名词.英语允许修饰语在前或者在后.
