1.你首先应该去请教一下你们语文老师句子的结构以及哪些词性的词和什么类别的短语可以充当句子的什么成分.这里缺的是状语,而状语主要由副词或介词短语充当.A是形容词,B是副词,C就更不对了,that引导的从句还没说就逗号了,肯定不对,故选B.
2.第二行是另一个人说的话,他的意思是：让我看看你的肩膀.（肩膀的）哪个部分疼?A是问“你哪疼”,显然这个人已经知道人家是肩膀疼了,所以A不对.再看C,和B类似,只是代词不一样.英语里对于已明确的指代多用“it”而不是“that”.
3.what=something that,你把它代到原句中,变为for it is something that calling for much patience.注意看that后面的从句,calling是分词,不能充当句子的谓语,所以that引导的定语从句没有谓语,是错误的,故不能选B.
4.anything在这里指的是职业.你问一个人的职业的时候可以问：What are you?所以后面这句话的意思是：他认识那里从事任何职业的每一个人.
5.你上当了,这里不是在考你定语从句,而是在考你强调句式.其结构为it is +句子的某个结构（可以为主语、宾语、状语等）+that +句子剩余部分.这句话的陈述句可以这么说：American astronaut succeeded in landing on the moon in 1969.当强调时间状语的时候可以改成：It was in 1969 that American astronaut succeeded in landing on the moon.题目就是这句话的疑问形式.
有关when和that的用法,我简单地提示你一下：when=介词+that.
6.seem可以加to do和doing,但是是有区别的.doing多指长期的、已经存在的或被动的,to do多表示临时的、将要发生的或主动的,你要多积累,注意他们的区别.这里seem doing是指“好像……”,是指已经存在的现象,而seem to do则表示“好像将要……”.
